Very happy this is where I live! Greg and Jared are very helpful with everything I need help with maintenance wise, Very quick and professional. I enjoy living here and at the moment wouldn’t really want to be anywhere else.

Great Management Cheyenne has been great her communication is the best. Usually responds within 30 minutes to an hour or so. Easy application process! Great newly built community. Perfect location very private. The secure parking is a plus. The clubhouse amenities are amazing. I love that I can unlock my front door using the Dwelo app on my phone and control my thermostat and lights in my home as well. Its amazing!

Town Court would be a is a wonderful place to live if the management would be more helpful, polite and cooperative. The grounds in amenities are wonderful and the location is great. The complex being blurry I knew is an extra plus.

What I like most about living at Town Court is that it is a brand new facility. This means that it is clean and mold free. The clubhouse is great also, with the complementary snacks and beverages. In addition, the clubhouse has a wonderful scenic view of outside. You can take in the scenic view while you comfortably sit next to a toasty fire inside. There is access to the entire complex without even going outside. The added bonus is that you are close to everything! Freeways, auto repair shops ...
and malls. You are also in walking distance to grocery stores, malls and restaurants. I love the underground parking garage with Smart ready Entrance and exits. Its a very nice place to live.
