Very homey property. Nothing negative to say! We have been here for over 7 years. Rented for a few years, bought a house then sold it and came right back! Christina is the absolut best! Nancy is always very helpful and Austin in maintenance is always there right away when something is needed.

TCV is a great place to call home!! We moved from the city to the country on a whim and I can’t tell you how welcomed we have felt being here. The managers make sure to send out announcements Christina goes above and beyond for her team and it shows. Will not get deposit

The property itself is in fair condition. They will respond to maintenance requests within a few days. Parking is OK, unless you come in late at night. We lived on the east end of the complex. On the nights that we got in late due to work, both me and my wife had to park by the pool which is on the far west of the complex. When the property manager got around to sending me a final account summery they claimed over $1300.00 above my $1800.00 dollar deposit. After sending pictures which showed most of their claims were false, they sent me a revised summery saying I owed $300.00 dollars over my initial deposit. Overall I would give this complex in Montgomery a fair rating. The on site property manager can be difficult sometimes. Just assume whatever deposit you give is being given to the company and you will not get it back.

Left out to Fend 4 myself

I moved from another state, I was all excited for my new residence but then things begin to happen, my mail box key not working, the gates not working, they switched my apartment on the day of arrival(mail nightmare) and to top it off went without a refrigerator form the 8th all the way till the 26th and was told I can put my items in the office refrigerator or buy an ice cooler. I was offered a refrigerator that was offered to be delivered by non staff members (family members) ugh hello can we ...
say liability so needless to say place 5 stars/ staff member (2 plus the owner) I would rate them a -1. I was yelled at by not only the maintenance worker, the manager and then the owner. It was a sad move in experience with no Welcome mat to boot ALL of my other neighbors received a WELCOME mat when moved in I was offered one when I inquired but declined, I figured the least you could have done was say oh we know you coming in was not a smooth transition and we just got our mats in please come to the office and get one.

I just completed my 7th year at TCV and Ms. Mandi is the best manager we have had. Our maintenance staff led by Austin is responsive and competent. Because of our manager’s competence and dedication our damage in the February Freeze was minimal and we residents are very grateful. TCV is a great apartment complex to call home.

We moved in at the end of June. The ladies in the office did everything to get us in on the date we needed. The manager has always been so helpful and so has her assistant. We love the complex and the fact its so convenient to everything around us. The maintance group has always been friendly. We highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in the Montgomery area.
