Good choice for the cost. Quiet, close to HEB. Coming with free wifi. Small problem with cockroach. Nice staff. One thing I am not happy is it was promised $150 gift card for signing up but almost 6 months now I still didn't get it

The living space is alright, everything seems kind of messed up or chipped or scarred and kind of dirty, but if you keep up the maintenance Then it can be somewhat decent.

I lived here two years ago, and I can confidently say this year was a much better experience than last time. When problems arose, the office and staff were quick to address me and help in any way possible. It’s pretty a great experience, just make sure you check the apartment before you move in , to se if there’s no dog hair make sure they follow your preferences that you selected when you applied other than that they have amazing staff .

Very reasonable price, close to heb, safe and quiet. Only issue I have is the cockroach. Though pest control has tried, but the bugs keep coming back
