March 30, 2025Town Lake offers a fantastic location and friendly staff, which are definite pluses. However, my initial experience was marred by significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom had visible mold, and the bathtub's paint was peeling, with mold also growing within the porcelain itself. While the location is undeniably convenient and the staff are welcoming, the maintenance of the property needs improvement. Additionally, there appears to be an issue with trash disposal, as debris sometimes blows out ...of the dumpsters and remains unaddressed for extended periods, sometimes months. If the cleanliness and maintenance concerns are addressed, Town Lake would be a much more desirable place to live.Property Manager Responded
