The people who live here are great. The new staff at the office is much better than before. The maintenance response continues to be bad. Communication with management, not office staff, is none existent. The neighborhood is good. The overall experience here is made by the residents.

Very safe place to live. Neighbors are super nice. Apartments are big. Washer n Dryer in unit. Gym is huge and all equipment is brand new. Pools are gorgeous.

Not many changes here. Same old same old.. Very little communication nor activities are planned. The pool is now cold so we can't use them for seven or more months because they refuse to heat one of the three available.

This community lacks maintenance. It is near impossible to get basic repairs done. Work order requests are ignored for months then mysteriously disappear from the system or are marked complete falsely. Maintenance staff are overwhelmed with just addressing emergencies. There is no ongoing attention to wear and tear and even health and safety are ignored. Our building is infested with mice and rats! We’ve been begging for over 6 months for help but we’re ignored! Gutters are backed up but never ...
cleaned. AC vents are never cleaned Dryer vents are so clogged it’s a fire hazard. Too bad they are allowing a nice property to become a slum.

I have been living in my apartment since the opening of the building! I love my space it is so inviting. I can look out and see the birds and the squirrels and people walking by. The people in my building are friendly and we have had good times here. I would like to think that I will stay here for as long as I can. My Samoyed dog loves sitting on the patio watching everyone go by and loves to sleep outside at night. Being on the 3rd floor really makes it safe for her and myself. Hope I will have ...

The community of Town Park Villas is okay, it is centrally located and quiet and has a small town feel to living here.
The rent and additional fees being charged are way too high for what you are receiving, but that seems to be the new norm in San Diego.
