September 1, 2023Expect your maintenance requests to take.many follow up calls to get someone to come out. You can also expect them to mark your maintenance request as "completed" when no one even came on the date they noted. There's heavy marijuana smoke in the air very frequently. July 23, 2015Lived here since Sep 2011. Overall apartments are nice and affordable. I have referred friends out here and they have had no complaints. There are a few things I do not like which are there are alot of kids out here so summer break and holiday breaks from school is not fun sometimes it seems like the parents could careless of what they are doing. 2nd is the maintenance sucks. If I have an request I have to call several times just to get someone to come fix the issue. 3rd my vehicle has been hit ...twice from a hit and run so I now have to pay 15 a month on top of rent for covered parking just to get away from vehicles. Besides the fact that my neighbors above me have kids that sound like they are going to fall through the ceiling we have had no trouble. Police station is next door, people out here don't mess with you, and again cost is affordable for a good size apt so I'm satisfied.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
