Wonderful Community
April 10, 2017Our family loves the community here. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. I love the kitchen with it's granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. It's a pleasure to cook in. The amenities are wonderful. We use the computer room often and my daughter is able to work on school assignments and print things off that she needs. We love the gym and the media room and can't wait to use the pool when it opens. The staff is so friendly and helpful and maintenance is always prompt.Review from Apartments.com

Phillips Chatham Pointe
August 8, 2015I'm not a person that is bothered by noise but if you are, you have to know that these apartments are right beside the train tracks so you hear trains go by 2 or 3 times a day. There is also a fire station right across the road that is fairly busy, so sirens are a thing you're going to hear. But the apartment is well worth it! I live in a one bedroom with one other person and our dog and there is more than enough room to stretch out and enjoy ourselves. The space is beautiful and comfortable. And ...all of the staff I've ever had to deal with are super helpful. Maintenance has been prompt and respectful every time we've put in a ticket, the guys they have right now are a little hard to understand but they work very hard for us! I really enjoy it here. If we decide to stay in Cary after our lease is up we will probably try to renew.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
