The neighborhood is one of the strongest features. It feels safe, convenient, and well-located. Maintenance has also been reliable and responsive whenever requests are submitted. Noise levels are generally manageable compared to many other communities. The amenities are decent but fairly standard, and they could benefit from upgrades or better upkeep. My ...overall experience has been okay — not bad, but not outstanding either. The main area that needs improvement is the staff.
