Overall, my experience in this community has been average. There are definitely some positive aspects, but there is also room for improvement. The neighborhood is one of the strongest features. It feels safe, convenient, and well-located. Maintenance has also been reliable and responsive whenever requests are submitted. Noise levels are generally manageable compared to many other communities. The amenities are decent but fairly standard, and they could benefit from upgrades or better upkeep. My ...

The apartment itself it just fine but the amenities are not cared for like they should be and the price we pay. The parking is also not enforced at all and we have to pay a fee to park here, yet there are lots of cars that don’t have passes.
