These apartments may not look like much, but they are clean and well managed. Perfect for students! Management insured a safe campus clean facilities and anytime anything was in disrepair. They responded to. My phone call and request for help to fix things within 24 hours! With super fast response times security on call at all times laundry on site. This made the perfect apartment for me when I was starting out and going to Missouri State University! We loved the management so much that when we ...

I really loved living in Town and Campus apartments. The property management is so responsive and helpful, they never miss a maintenance request, and are literally there to help the tenants in the best way possible. The units are also very spacious and well maintained, and the environment is so quiet and safe.

Honestly the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. The location is amazing! The management also does a wonderful job of screening tenants, making sure amenities are well-kept and only being used by tenants, and making the place feel very safe. It's quiet and my favorite apartment I've lived in, and I'm sad to be moving away because of a new job.

I have lived at Town and Campus Apartments for the past year and have loved my time here. The complex is incredibly affordable but comes with key amenities for the price you pay. My one-bedroom apartment is spacious, allowing for breathability in the space between my things. The unit also lot of natural lighting, which was an important aspect for me given the time I spend working from home as a student and student employee.
My present status as a student also made noise level a key ...
consideration for me when selecting an apartment complex. Town and Campus as a whole is very quiet and does not allow tenants to have parties. Having come from Aspen Springfield, where constant parties with blaring music made getting sleep and focusing on my studies incredibly difficult, I’ve really appreciated the complex’s consideration of noise levels.
Regarding safety, the complex has security cameras surrounding the grounds. The Task 9 service also provides security patrol at night and into the morning. As a young woman living alone, I’ve always felt safe.
The complex is also close to both downtown and Missouri State University. For commuters to both, the proximity to these locations is amazing.
I also can’t speak highly enough of the management at Town and Campus. Diane, the assistant manager at the complex, is an incredible human being. She went out of her way to help me find a unit at the complex that matched my preferences. When needing to call the office for anything, Diane is always pleasant to speak with and helpful. John, the manager, too has been wonderfully responsive to my needs as a tenant, often attending to needed repairs almost immediately after I call to request a service. He’s constantly working on projects around the grounds to further what the complex can offer. When living at Aspen, I was lucky to get a call back when requesting a maintenance service. It’s refreshing to be at a complex with management who genuinely care about their tenants’ comfort and well-being.
I invested a lot of time in locating a quality complex prior to selecting Town and Campus as the perfect fit for my needs. Having scoured the internet and the apartment offerings in Springfield, combined with having experienced life as a tenant here, I truly believe Town and Campus is among the best in town.

I have lived at T&C for one and a half years. The apartments are cute, clean, and well-maintained. I receive nothing but compliments about my apartment when I have people over. Second-floor apartments have a fantastic balcony area that is wonderful for socializing with a friend or reading a book sitting on some patio furniture.
The appliances in the kitchen are well-kept and in my term, I've only had two minor issues. Both minor issues were resolved by maintenance as soon as the needed parts ...
came in. The maintenance staff really is fantastic. They work quickly and swiftly to get the issue resolved, and you can really tell the management cares that you have a good experience while you are here.
Finally, the management is second to none. I have never had such a good experience with apartment managers. Diane and John are incredibly friendly and empathetic, and whatever concern you have, they work hard to fix it. For example, my internet went out because a cable was damaged on the roof. I called the internet company (Net Vision) and they were slow and apathetic to getting someone out to fix it. I kept Diane and John in the loop and they made multiple calls on my behalf, without me asking, to get the issue resolved faster. Overall it look 7 days to fix the issue, whereas on my own, I think it would have been 10-14 days.
I have had a wonderful experience living here, and I have saved so much money because it is so affordable. I highly recommend T&C!

Beautiful apartment complex and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood close to MSU, grocery shopping, restaurants and mall... Perfect location and good price for college students. Free high speed internet up to 100mbps, on-site storm shelters, 24 hours video surveillance and security patrol which makes everyone feel safe. I would recommend them to anyone.

I absolutely love living at Town and Campus! Management is incredibly responsive and the grounds are beautiful. For the price, you really can't do any better. I moved in primarily because of the location - it's less than a mile to the MSU campus and super close to downtown, but tucked away in a quieter neighborhood away from the busy streets. I've stayed year after year because of the friendly managers and how safe I feel here as an undergrad living on her own for the first time.
