October 31, 2024Used to be a decent place but management has gone down hill. They scaled the parking lots wrong so if you want visitors they will have to hike to your unit depending on where you are, maintenance forgets about your requests halfway through, the units need severe upgrades and if you have any types of disputes or issues you may as well handle them with the police or by yourself. They're very unhelpful, insanely condescending and lack empathy when it comes to reading the script and giving the most ...robotic answers. The staff also doesn't seem to be much fans of reading or customer service, especially in already stressful or irritating situations. And are very good at escalating a situation over finding a resolve that works for all parties. There is very little effort and not much faith in whether they keep information and complaints confidential. June 14, 2021Stayed here for a year at a 1 bed-1 bath unit. We could not tour the place because of "covid" so they sent photos, which were NOT of the unit that we would be renting. They told us our unit would be "similar" to the photos. Not even close. The entire layout was completely different. Upon moving in, the floors were dirty and the place was NOT set up for internet. The back door (which was in the bedroom) was missing the doorknob(!!), and the threshold was totally rotted. Front door did not have a ...deadbolt at all. Smoke detector was partially hanging off the ceiling and wires were sticking out of the radiator in the main room. There was no dishwasher as we were initially told. We moved in in the Spring, so we did not know the heaters were broken until late Fall. It was very difficult to get hold of management. It look months to get all these things fixed. The reason I'm giving this 2 stars is because the ground units have access to a back yard, so you can put a table and chairs and have a small gardening area. Also it is conveniently located next to a grocery store and some restaurants. All in all, the place is way overpriced for what you get for an outdated, unrenovated 1bed-1bath.
