Lived here 3 years and the complex has gone downhill. Today, July 12, 2016 a notice was sent out that they are replacing all of our decks starting today July 12, 2016. Less than 8 hours notice for a major construction project that requires residents to clear everything off of their decks and requires contractors to be in the apartment for an extended amount of time.
Same thing happened when they re-paved the parking lot. Less than 24 hour notice when people might not be available to move their ...
vehicles due to being on vacation or something like that. The notice threatened vehicles being towed at owners expense.
Rent and gas bill if you live in the gas apartments are only available online with no notice that a bill has been posted. Their online payment system goes through a third party so if anything goes wrong, they have to contact the third party which may take an extra day or two.
It may get better but as of now it is not that good.
