This place is a neglected piece of garbage. They are always "attempting" to fix it up, but it is an overpriced roach infested disaster.

Every time a maintenance request is completed they will ask for a review. The people think they are reviewing just the maintenance. The main guy is responsive, it is management that stinks. The place is filthy with old appliances, some unsafe like the stove. There are also safety issues with people coming and going at all hours. No amenities and they sent lots of woke political messages out during the pandemic which have no place in a housing situation. I can go on but there is not enough space.

I visited the apartment complex and it seems very nice. The staff were friendly and the apartments were very nice.
