Miss The Place Already
November 25, 2025I can't speak highly enough of my experience renting here. I lived in Towns Edge for 4 years and only moved last month due to a job promotion. Management is incredibly responsive. Both Robin and Allison are so easy to deal with, and the rare problem gets solved like immediately. The maintenance guys are awesome, and they go way beyond making sure everything is in good working order. The other tenants are all families and professionals, no crazy noise issues or crime to worry about. Very easy ...access to groceries, public transportation, and entertainment. Finally, considering how expensive West Chester can be to live in, I always thought I was getting really good value for what I was paying in rent. I recommended this place to several friends, some of whom now happily live there! Would strongly advise considering Towns Edge if you're moving to the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
A great price and a great community!
July 2, 2023I have lived in many apartment buildings. Apartment buildings that were more luxurious than Towns Edge; however, this was the best place! What makes this place wonderful is the Leasing Manager, Robin. She is just not a Leasing Manager, she becomes a friendly neighbor who cares and ensures that you are satisfied throughout your time there. She's responsive and has a sense of urgency to address any concerns that may occur. If you are looking for a place that takes care of you, well Towns Edge is ...the place for you!Property Manager Responded

April 12, 2019This is the best place I ever lived they have very good manger robin is the best always right on top of repairs when you call Mike the guy that fixes things is the best to dose a very good job fixing your problem and very friendly when he comes in very large apts very clean hall ways and clean laundry rooms always outside is very well kept in all seasons they all do a great job I really really miss it I wish I could go back there parking your car is good to very very nice place to live I hope I ...can go back one day had to leave do to job loss its hurts me so bad that I had to leaveProperty Manager Responded
