Miss The Place Already
November 25, 2025 - Review from Apartments.comI can't speak highly enough of my experience renting here. I lived in Towns Edge for 4 years and only moved last month due to a job promotion. Management is incredibly responsive. Both Robin and Allison are so easy to deal with, and the rare problem gets solved like immediately. The maintenance guys are awesome, and they go way beyond making sure everything is in good working order. The other tenants are all families and professionals, no crazy noise issues or crime to worry about. Very easy ...access to groceries, public transportation, and entertainment. Finally, considering how expensive West Chester can be to live in, I always thought I was getting really good value for what I was paying in rent. I recommended this place to several friends, some of whom now happily live there! Would strongly advise considering Towns Edge if you're moving to the area.Read More

What makes this place wonderful is the Leasing Manager, Robin. She is just not a Leasing Manager, she becomes a friendly neighbor who cares and ensures that you are satisfied throughout your time there. She's responsive and has a sense of urgency to address any concerns that may occur.
