Horrible complex

Car was broken into 2x within a year timeframe. We tried contacting the office several times, they were never in the office. The office employees have changed about 2 to 3 times already. Once we got a hold of the office, they said they would get additional security. There was no additional security. Parking is the worse. You get one assigned parking, the second spot is 1st come 1st serve. The cops have raided the place at least 2x since living here. Some shady stuff happens at night. The ...
walls are thin. You can hear people talking outside at night around 12 to 2am daily. People smoke weed at all hours. The pools are only cleaned during the summer time. I wouldn't recommend kids living here.
