I lived at this property for many years. At first the property started off great, but over time it began to deteriorate. Appliances are out of date. Get used to neighbors being as loud as they want jumping and banging on the walls. I lived near a sprinkler room system that went off odd hours at night waking you up from a dead sleep. I complained about it and was pretty much told to deal with it.

The on site management always responds to situations promptly. Service requests are answered within minutes. I've never had to wait long for a response. The app makes almost everything very convenient. More areas for dumping trash and parking would make this complex a bit better. The location is perfect. Almost anything that you need is within 5 minutes away.

Have lived here for about 3 years and have had no problems. Maintenance always on point when contacted. Live here because close to work and not have to go too far for shopping for groceries.

everything has been fine with the exception of the landing behind bldg 3 which has not been touched in over 3 years. It still remains a dangerous hazard that needs to be addressed.
