August 28, 2025I've been living at Towne House Apartments for three years now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The management team (Emily and Tatum) have been incredibly friendly, responsive, and professional. Any maintenance requests are handled quickly, often within 24 hours. The building is in a great location and I've always felt comfortable and safe in my unit. We Love Mike!
June 14, 2023The new property manager is AMAZING. There have been many property managers while I have been a resident here, but Mike is by far the most responsive, kind and understanding. It is not uncommon to see him lending a helping hand to residents, bringing in groceries, taking out the trash, or other helpful things. We are very sorry to leave the community, I wish we could take Mike with us! The property is very well kept, clean and the maintenance is done the same day as requested. I enjoyed my time ...here, the location is perfect for families. The pool is great this time of the year! Great place to live!Property Manager Responded

Great staff and lovely location
June 1, 2023I lived here for 3 years and can't say enough good things about the staff. I always got a quick response whenever I had an issue, and they are all so helpful and professional. The pool is very nice, plenty of parking, and right down the street from Wollaston beach & a nice Stop & Shop.Property Manager Responded

Mike is the hero of this story
January 24, 2023I moved into Towne House apartments in 2021. In that time frame I have had 4 different property managers. This review would be only 1 star if it wasn’t for the current property manager Mike. Prior to Mike taking over this place was a nightmare. You couldn’t get in touch with the property manager and if you could they wouldn’t address any of your concerns. The original property manager at the time I moved in “lost” my security deposit and thankfully Mike is handling this situation for me now. ...Maintenance was terrible, no concerns about our unit were ever dealt with. With all of that being said, the place is completely different with Mike in charge. Any issue I’ve had he has dealt with immediately. If anything is going on at the complex (repairs, water being shut off) he is extremely communicative about it. The elevator was completely repaired a few months ago and while it was extremely inconvenient not having an elevator Mike went above and beyond to help all the residents during that time. I lived here for two years and have no real complaints with the way the complex is run now. I’ve felt very safe living here, there’s always plenty of parking, the location is great, the pool is nice during the summer and I was told they are renovating the gym which will be nice. What’s also nice about this complex is you don’t hear your neighbors- ever. The walls are extremely thick so you don’t feel as though you are living in a complex with a bunch of other people. All in all I would recommend living here- as long as Mike is in charge.Property Manager Responded
