Great location, Attentive Management
February 17, 2026Excellent location. There are dozens of restaurants and ample supply of grocery stores. Management is understanding and attentive, easy to reach. The maintenance crew responds quickly and efficiently (a huge plus). Bonus: they really do love pets.Property Manager Responded

Bad Management
June 6, 2022We lived here for almost 2 years and kept our unit in great condition. After moving out the we did not receive our deposit back for issues with the carpet that the complex themself installed. Management was not willing to communicate and remediate the problem. Will Not get your Security Deposit Back
June 6, 2022Lived in one of their town houses for almost 2 years, loved every minute of it. When it came to moving out my roommate and I went above and beyond cleaning and making sure it was in good condition before leaving. Staff weeks later lied and tried to say there were damages to the carpet even though we knew for a fact there weren't. They would not provide proof even though they said they would. Advice would be to take pictures before you move out of everything (like we should have done) because they ...will keep your deposit and not give you anything back.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

Anytime I had questions or minor maintenance request, Christine in the office was so helpful and kind. She made sure my request sent to the office were always taken care of in a quick, timely manor. August 25, 2020I lived here for 2 years and enjoyed it very much. All the staff are great - very friendly, helpful, and maintenance is super responsive. Grounds are always well maintained, safe, quiet, and great location. Garages are great, and when I moved out, my deposit was returned on time with no hassle.
