Unprofessional
April 14, 2021I inquired several times about leasing an apartment and it is simply impossible to speak with someone. Every time I called the automated system stated other customers were being assisted and asked for me to leave a message for a prompt call back. That never happened. Then surprisingly I received an email from them and replied to it once and a second time asking them to call me after no initial response from my reply.
