Let's not forget the parking lot where you will have the pleasure of parking or driving through a beautiful pond every time it rains. September 30, 2025This is the worst community management I’ve ever experienced. We have a few months on our lease and we’re already looking for a new apartment complex to move into. From day one things were broken. We have maintenance come to fix the issues just for them to break again over and over. The community is disgustingly dirty, we’re paying for a pool that has not worked since we’ve been here, the exercise equipment doesn’t work, theres abandoned construction throughout the community, and there’s no point ...in contacting the office about any of this because they never help with anything.Property Manager Responded
