      The foundation of these apartments are bad. The walls are very thin I can hear my neighbors conversations word for word?I’ve lived here 5+ years and they change management left and right and it always gets worse. Maintenance is horrible and he’s very rude and dismissive about a lot of problems you may have. They like to put a bandaid on things versus actually fixing it before it becomes a bigger issue

      It's very disappointing that my stay here ended the way it did because i was super excited to move to this complex the previous management was super nice and caring. When i was moving in my neighbors were moving out and they had roaches came to my unit. I was super upset management did have pest control come out but that was a pain to deal with because each time they come you have to take all your things out the cabinets and counter tops. Moving on... The new management is unprofessional and not ...
      caring. The apartments are out dated, Just because they are remodeling them the piping is still TERRIBLE! I have had maintenance problem after problem since i lived here (Not to blame the maintenance guy because he's nice but the apartments are just OLD!). I only lived there 1yr and i'm super excited to be leaving this bump!

      I have been a resident of Shaker Square for the past 3 1/2 years. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Whenever I have a issue that required maintenance the maintenance staff is there within the day... The maintenance staff is very friendly and respectful. The requests are completed within a reasonable time. Kudos to Shaker Square.....

      I love living here! The staff is very friendly, and the apartments are nice! The neighborhood is quiet for the most part, and everyone really stays to themselves. I've had a few things needing to be fixed since I moved in, and they each got done in a timely manner. They spray for bugs throughout the summer into the fall, which is really nice!

      then come to shaker square appartments. Spacious w/full basement. Whitehall school district ( the best school district in Columbus). Patios, 2 different floor plans to choose from. Very quiet and peaceful and the office staff is awesome!!!!
