I just moved into my apartment last week and I am super thrilled with my entire experience. Makini has been assisting me throughout the entire process, and she has always been responsive and transparent. It is obvious the new management company is doing everything in it's power to clean the place up and enhance its residents' experience. As with most moves, there was a hiccup, but the management team was professional and communicative. My unit is beautiful and spacious, there is plenty of lot ...
parking, and the walls are thick. The new office is gorgeous, and the neighbors are kind and friendly. There are a lot of negative reviews from the old management company, miscommunications and unresponsiveness. Believe me when I say that that is no longer the case. Definitely check this place out. I lived here for 9yrs when it was thunder hollow the first 6yrs and then with gateway the last 3 this place is a dump you pay almost 2k a month for old run down appliances cabnets falling apart pipes braking and flooding your down stairs mold under the carpets and in walls and you have squirrels running in the duct work and chewing through the walls and ceilings i had them in my apartment 3 times and the office wont do anything about it and theres never any were to park people break your windows ...
or steal your car and they have camera but claim they didnt pick anything up when my car was right in front of the camera twice i could keep going on alot more reason why you should never come here to live but you get it im sure

Squirrels in and around the apartments are out of hand

Nothing is done to remedy this. In the walls the roofs, destroyed my prelit Christmas tree and other decorations stored in the shed, even chewed through the plastic bins the decorations were stored in. My previous briber trapped them in her kitchen.

We lived there (in 2019) with our big dogs and it was just perfect. I’d go there again if I had to. I had a couple maintenance issues that were addressed immediately. The maintenance guys were friendly and professional. The unit was newly remodeled and very clean. The new management is doing an excellent job! Highly recommend.

We had not rented for a while and had many questions which Tracey and the manager Kim helped to answer. I am currently living here and they DO NOT CARE about the previous tenants. They are making everything perfect for new tenants. I have a list of maintenance issues that date back to September. In November, they raised my rent $62 a month which i have refused to pay until they address my issues. Ceiling falling, damaged floors, broken doors etc. I pay my rent without the increase and have informed them I would pay the outstanding balance when the have fixed these issues. Still nothing and ...
now they have added legal fees to my balance. I never signed my lease in November they just rolled it over with my name and my father who was in a nursing home at the time. I was told to remove him, I would have to reapply for a new lease. My dad recently passed and he name is still on the lease.
They are awful. Parking is horrible, I have gotten nasty notes on my car.
I have left messages several times with no response. I have rented for years and this is by far the worst place I have ever lived.
