Management is changed out very frequently, current management charged us for moving out furniture that we didn’t leave. When we told them we didn’t have pictures to prove they made a mistake property manager Crystal threatened us with more charges. Constant police activity. The gate rarely worked in my three years here. My packages always got stolen. Trash valet charged and enforced despite there being a dumpster in front of every unit. That said, we do want to respectfully address the repeated pattern of similar reviews that appear to be coming from a connected group. While we welcome honest experiences positive or negative when a coordinated effort seems to be aimed at misrepresenting the community or targeting our team, it becomes a form of bullying, not feedback. This not only affects our staff, who work hard every day to support residents, but also misleads future residents about the environment we strive to provide.
