The Townhomes at Quail Ridge have been everything I wanted in a rental and then some, for a very nice price. Super friendly staff all around, too. I have lived here for 4 years and really enjoy it. I like the quiet neighborhood, plenty of places to walk my dog. My kids enjoy the pools and the fitness center is a plus. I feel.safe here with security patrolling the grounds. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance is pretty quick to respond and take care of the property.

I have lived at this location for almost 3 years now and just renewed my lease for a 4th . Maintenance is always reliable . The property manager is great and reasonable . You would not be disappointed if you are looking for a new home . There are plenty of amenities and it’s a wonderful location .

Lived here about 4 years and since then my car tires have been slashed, one neighbor slammed their door into my car cus they were mad where I parked (it's free parking, no marked spots and I had parked in the same spot for years and they were new) there has also been multiple shootings. Nothing I am aware of has been done to combat this. If renting wasn't so insanely expensive I'd have moved out.
