The amenities are a real highlight—having access to a pool, patio space, and a well-equipped fitness center has made daily life more enjoyable. The landscaping is always well-maintained, giving the whole community a clean, welcoming feel year-round. What really sets The Wooten Co apart is the people. Affordable, but that's about it
August 8, 2024Lived here about 4 years and since then my car tires have been slashed, one neighbor slammed their door into my car cus they were mad where I parked (it's free parking, no marked spots and I had parked in the same spot for years and they were new) there has also been multiple shootings. Nothing I am aware of has been done to combat this. If renting wasn't so insanely expensive I'd have moved out.Review from Apartments.com
