    The landscaping and upkeep looks great. No trash around the property is a plus. The fitness center and laundry are pretty decent as well. They upgraded flooring and the overall look of the homes which I love!

    Recently toured the property and met the staff in the leasing office. Everyone was friendly and the model was beautiful. They told me the property was being renovated in many areas, so that is something to look forward to. The area seemed quiet and it's really close to the beltway.

    My wife and I moved into Townhomes at Rivers Gate, we were looking for a place to live not too far from work and not in the middle of nowhere. We found this place just in time of our previous lease expiring. The location works well for both our jobs, its quiet at night. Everything in our unit is working well. We had maintenance come twice the next day after our requests. NO crawling critters. which was our main concern. Thinking of staying another year before expanding. =)

    If you like sharing your home with mice this is the place for you. When I called the rental office I was told the mice are coming from COVID and they have no where to go. Also I have had maintenance come for the same issue multiple times over the years and they never fix it completely. I always tell them when they leave see you in a few weeks. When my living room flooded due to the issue they never fix they didn’t even replace the carpet just cut the pad out and replaced. Rental office staff are ...
    extremely rude and short and never can answer any questions alway have to call you back and that takes weeks. I cannot wait to get out of here. Worst place I have ever lived.

After decades of living here you finally get someone in here that knew what she was doing and takes care of our community and actually cares about this place just to go and get rid of her too!     I live here currently and this is a terrible place. The office workers are nice but not very helpful. Maintenance is basically useless. They have been in my house fixing the same thing daily until we encouraged them to call someone who actually knew what they were doing. Things that should be inspected every so often haven't been inspected since around the 1980's I believe. Many things that are broken have not been fixed properly if at all and I give up on calling maintenance to come "fix" ...
    things. Even things that are safety hazards such as door locks. They didn't replace our broken oven until 911 was called and I had to be rushed to the hospital for inhaling an insane amount of Carbon Monoxide, the highest amount the fireman said he's seen in a long time. All the people that work here have been very very nice but have not helped fix things in the slightest. Also, don't expect to have internet that works here unless you want to constantly pay to use Xfinity hotspots because internet providers aren't allowed to run their wires through to allow your internet to actually work faster, if working at all. It wasn't until very recently that TV providers were finally allowed to put their satellite dishes outside to give us cable television. I could write more but my 1 hour of free Xfinity wifi use is about to be up...

    I have been living here since the beginning of the year an i must say i do not have one bad thing to say about it. Its clean the staff is friendly an helpful. Maintance is on top of everything you need done i couldn't have asked for a better place to start a family!

    I love living in this quiet, family oriented area. The town homes are super cute even though they are smaller than my family is used to. It doesn't feel too cramped for us and we love it here Initially, I loved these homes when I saw the rental rate and they had really great reviews, which is rare unless you can afford to spend a lot on rent monthly. When I finally came to visit, I knew this would be my home and so far I haven't been disappointed
