Amazing Townhome!!

I’ve been living in the Tanglewood townhomes for a few months already and I have been loving living here! I am in walking distance from several places such as the YMCA across the street, ice cream, breakfast and 2 breweries next door and up the street and a great park right up the road for the kids and nice walking paths! Tanglewood has been so great and easy to work with and answers questions immediately and handles maintenance repairs and quickly! Highly recommend these beautiful townhomes!

I have lived here twice and absolutely love it. I went to quite a few open houses and nothing was as nice as Northwest Pointe. The prices are very fair, the homes are new and well kept, and the management team is incredible. I highly recommend.

The owner and managers come through whenever you need them no matter if it’s small or large. My neighbors are awesome. Good people! Never have any trouble here with the police very quiet. I like to look out for our elderly neighbors because they can be vulnerable. They matter. If you see something , say something. let’s keep our neighborhood and our neighbors safe.

I've been here only a half-year, but even before my arrival, I was treated like an honored guest. A week before occupancy, the owner (Kevin) called me asking how he could help, told me how to gain access when I arrived, and left me with his number if I needed it. The office staff is just as helpful. The FEW times I needed maintenance, they called to confirm receipt of my email ,and told me when they expected to have the work done! The staff made me feel welcome and were polite from the start. I ...

love my home, its construction (literally soundproof), the neighbors and neighborhood, the closeness to shopping and everywhere I want to go. If I have to move again, I will definitely look for Dolan Homes FIRST.

Our family moved to Bettendorf this summer and I was so happy to find these townhomes. We've lived in in lots of different townhomes across the country and this is the best one we've seen. I'm blown away by the high end finishes, the bedroom sizes, and the location. 10/10 would recommend!
