Whitehall Apartment Townhomes offer luxury living at the economical price of $995 per month. Four month leases are available at no extra cost. No application fee. The security deposit is $700. An excellent option for military personnel. All of our apartment townhomes are two story, two bedroom homes. The first floor consists of the living room, kitchen and a half bath. The second floor features a master bedroom with two closets, two full bathrooms and a second bedroom. We are conveniently located at the intersection of Pine Valley and Liberty Roads. We do not allow roommates, other than life partners and families. We only allow cats and small dogs with fees and restrictions.

March 7, 2020We recently moved out of Whitehall and couldn’t be more impressed with our stay. The homes are wonderful to start a little family, or for military couples just starting out. November 25, 2019I lived in Whitehall for 2 years and loved it....the property manager is very caring and she’s there anytime you need her, she’s seriously just a call or text away. Weekly lawn care is amazing (outdoor areas are always well maintained!) the area feels safe and you’re close to pretty much everything. The apartment is also amazing for the price you pay. Awful at communication
November 24, 2019I have been calling for a few months, since early September (the website has said that there were vacancies) to try and get more information on renting. Unfortunately in this length of time no one has felt the need to return my messages. No communication and no upkeep
June 22, 2019So this review is just based upon trying to get info for being a tennant and that they dont look like the photos anymore. I dont/havent lived there. I cant get a hold of anyone nor will they return my calls, theres a mailbox that is supposed to have applications supposedly but its always empty. Driving through the place it doesnt look like the photos. Aparently the photos were taken when it was new! Bushes are covering windows, they obviously don't care about landscaping. If there's no ...availability at least have the courtesy to call potential tennants back and let them know. I would be worried to live there, have an issue and not be able to get a hold of anyone since there is no office.Property Manager Responded

The photos are actually recent and our lawn maintenance company does an amazing job keeping the grounds as groomed as the photos suggest. I invite anyone to take a ride through Whitehall Lane to see for themselves. As for vacancies, had you checked the website a little closer, you would have noticed that we had zero vacancies at that time. Due to our affordability, flexible short-term leases, and convenient location just outside the Camp Lejeune main gate, our townhomes continue to be in very high demand. I sincerely hope that you have found a home that meets your expectations.
