DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management has changed 3 times in two years and the newest group decided to ignore our recently signed lease renewal and charged us an additional 900+ "adjustment" for the month to month they assumed we were looking for. I'm already contacting a lawyer and the Oregon housing department. For your own sake, DO NOT MOVE HERE. Update: We only got our lease issues fixed by going over their heads and contacting the owners directly. Since then, they have lied to us about the ...
utility payments changing before our lease officially ends, raising it from $65 to over $200, and it fluctuates now. They have lost our renters insurance for the 9th or 10th time. Read the other reviews. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

Dosent care about its tenants or property

Charges for parking requires a pass to park have had my.car towed three times with my parking pass clear as day in my front window have heard numerous people including my self have had their cars broken into or stolen they won't do anything or care even tho we pay to park yet no nightly routine security drives thru or checks for criminal activity half the appliances don't work or are faulty and out dated in one form or another the electrical wiring is a joke try running a vacuum while dryers ...
going ur gonna throw a breaker switch traps heat inside zero air flow through these homes heaters have a tendency to just short out and stop working internet Jack's are in idiotic locations small back patios tiny storage closets if ur on the bottom floor get use to hearing every single noise from upstairs and ur next door neighbors well you might as well be in the room with them cause you can hear every word they say and anything they do. Nice but a bit worn

Due to Circumstances beyond our control our stay here was short (5 months) we really liked our apartment , it was comfortable. Our biggest complaint was the landscaping wasn't good unless you lived on the main drive. Things would often be overgrown and paths never swept. a bit of a hike to walk anywhere . But bus service was good.

The worst place we ever lived- PLEASE READ, PLEASE!

I had to shorten my review so Im going to try and make this to the point. Move in: Chelsea lied to us and showed us a unit that would in her words, look exactly like ours. When we moved into ours, it was completely different. 2 pages worth of things wrong with our unit during move in inspection. Only a small handful of them were "fixed". Only ever got 10-15 minutes of hot water in our 1 year of occupancy. They would not fix our hot water heater (among other things). Horrible insulation. Loud. Bad ...
parking. Mailboxes were broken into twice, took several months to get them fixed. Meanwhile we had to go to post office every time we wanted our mail. They "lost" our move-in inspection list and charged us for all the things that were wrong before we moved in. It took 6 months to get an outlandishly low deposit back. Please do not let the visuals of this place or its location lure you in like it did us, please please keep looking!

Don't make the mistake of renting here

The only thing good about this place is the location. Horrible management and staff. Way over priced. There are homeless people living under buildings and in the forest. Don't be fooled by the good ratings. The employees are giving 5 stars to increase ratings.

The two people that made the move in completely painless are Chelsea and Jennifer. They both go above and beyond making the move in go smoothly as possible. The previous companies in charge of this property were completely a mess since these they took over you can see the difference. Since I've lived here several months they both have made every interaction painless actually enjoyable compared to other management companies I've dealt with previously. Wonderful and Enjoying it Here!

I LOVE IT HERE!!!!!! The staff is so amazing. Chelsea worked closely with us and gave us a chance when no one else would. My home is beautiful and I love that I can talk with staff about any issue and they actually resolve it. Very understanding and patient and feel like they actually care. Best Move In Experience Ever!!

Well I just can't thank the amazing Chelsea and Jennifer enough. Chelsea is the sweetest young girl and helpful and patient and extremely informative and respectful and has something a lot of younger people don't have today... FOLLOW THROUGH. And Chelsea followed through on every call and promise she made, and Jennifer had such patience with me when I could not decide between a 1 or 2 bedroom. She just explained the amenities of both and totally didn't push at all for one or the other, just left ...
it up to me. And the best maintenance dept I've ever dealt with. Extremely nice, helpful, and don't treat you like your on a conveyor belt for them to get to the next appt.And very thorough with their work. If anyone is moving to Clackamas, the ONLY right choice is Town Homes with a View. Very very very pleasant experience and ask for Chelsea or Jennifer. Location is great being so close to all shopping options a person may need, all while being much quieter than other apartment communities located closer to Clackamas Town Center. Cozy with a view!
