      DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!! believe the other comments when they say the staff will play games and not care! My bf and I applied mid October. We had a appointment to start our application just to be told that the manager didn’t remember scheduling us! And didn’t know why we were there? That should of been a red flag. We had to drive to another apartment complex just to finish our application. We was given two different move in dates that never happened! They kept asking for the same documents over and ...
      over again! One month goes by and the manager that we was working with, said we had to re do our application because a previous manager didn’t know what he was doing. We ended up driving down there three different times and nothing got done! The manager we was working with ended up quitting. We were told our application was approved and just waiting to see what our deposit amount will be. Every time we called to see why we haven’t moved in yet they told us it’s pending…. How is it pending if we were given a move in date?! It doesn’t take two months for a simple deposit amount. So very unprofessional!!! It is now January and we have not heard from them. I forgot to mention they like to put you on hold then hang up on you.They always say they will call back but never do! We ended up moving to a better place where the staff actually cares about there residents! Do your self a favor and look away.

      There is gun violence, police called to this complex almost nightly. Units are not maintained. Visit and you immediately see the description and photos do not accurately reflect this run down complex.

      Relocated to Lexington Park over the summer and it is the most affordable community in the town. Any problems I had in my unit were handled quickly the small maintenance crew are always busy. For the price it can't be beat. The ground floor bedroom is really small but it has an en suite bath so..... whatever. LOTS OF CHILDREN, no playgrounds on the property so they tend to play in the streets which is quite unnerving considering some of the drivers could careless. But so far I like it , no ...

      I have lived here since Thanksgiving weekend. The staff did back flips to get me in. the town homes are huge 3 bedroom 2 baths with a garage. Very happy here and there seem to be a lot of St. Marys police living here as well so it must be safe!
