I love it here and so do my children. Ive been here for six months and its a very nice place to live. When I completed the application process I did it all on line with the help of the office manager. When I did finally move in the apartment was exactly as expected. It is pretty quiet and close to grocery/restaurants. Any maintenance issues are address immediately and all the staff is nice! I recommend and definitely want to renew my lease here!

I am a former resident of Townsgate. Unfortunately I recieved a non renewal notice from manager Sherry, I was shocked and confused because I never missed a payment nor did I ever recieve any complaints from neighbors. I asked Sherry to renew my lease and she became rude and cold with me. Because of Sherry's action I have to drive longer to get to work which caused me difficulties and hardship. I found out through some residents that Sherry has a history of non renewal notices.

The title says it all. You pay so much for so little. two TINY pools, no fitness center or anything that you could pay the same price elsewhere for more. The laundry facilities are drowning in spiders and machines are horrendous one full basket takes $6 just to get a full dry. The apartments are not put well together and I’d look elsewhere

Thank you for your review. We would like to speak with you and hope to resolve issues within our control. Please contact the Manager. Our rent is average for the Plant City area. We do have two pools in comparison to one of most properties and they are average size (capacity load 20 persons each) and the beautiful part about our pools is they are very clean and cared for on a regular basis. We have a basketball area, a beautiful Brand New Playground, grill areas, car wash area, and you can't beat our location. We have an on staff cleaning person who regularly cleans the laundry facilities and sweeps down the spider webs, but those crafty little critters build them faster than we can keep up with. We live on the wooded areas and this is Florida, full of critters. We will address this issue more often as necessary and report this to pest control as well, maybe this will curb the issue as well. Please report this to the office as we have not heard of this being a huge issue from anyone ...

else. If you are having trouble with our laundry machines, please report this to the office promptly so that we can call in a work order to the laundry company to make repairs. They can also send you a refund if it is warranted. We most certainly agree, It shouldn't take this amount of $$ to dry your clothing, please allow us to try to fix the problem. The machines are used extremely frequently and get worn quickly and for this reason we are in the process of contracting for new machines once again. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please come to us for any assistance, we want to be of help in these situations. As most Apartment Communities in Plant City, we were built many years ago, we have done many renovations to our apartments. We can only encourage renters to do their due diligence on their own, price check, look at all options, inside and out including location. We are in a great location, serve well, and care about our residents. If given the chance, we try to fix what we can to the best of our ability and what is in our control. Communicate with us so we can make your stay better. Thank you again for your review. :)

I lived there for 12 years. Loved it. Apartment was spacious and well kept. Maintenance was quick to address any issues. Office staff were friendly and helpful. Would move back if I come back to Florida.

Worst apartment facility, EVER!!! The management of this faculty are nothing but bullies. They have treated my mother horrible. She has been repeatedly bullied and mistreated while she lived here. Stuff was stolen out off her apartment (clothes and a tv). The namagers daughters physically threatened her numerous times. And 3 months of rent was stolen from her as well. I would never recommend this place to even my WORST enemy. This place is a disgrace!!!

You see the quality as you enter the complex. They supply doggie bags for pet clean up. The Maintenance department helped me move in 4 pieces of heavy furniture to a second floor apartment without asking them. The other day I was walking the dog and carrying a heavy box to the dumpster on a Saturday morning a the on duty Maintenance man saw me and came over and said let me carry that box for you its to hard to walk the dog and carry it. That type of service can't be bought it has to be learned ...

and every employee that works here the office workers and Maintenance personnel are quality personnel and put the residents first always.
