August 8, 2018This place is a joke... not only does the owner act like he is the only one you can speak with, but he has no idea the City of Athens already has them on the radar. If you want the same carpet 1972 the year the place was built, or have the little ones running around jump on your car and play at your front door, or have to use a cooler for 2 months before you get a refrigerator installed after you have been without one, then this is the place for you.Review from Apartments.com
