I really love the view here! You can see Park Point clearly and I love waking up every day to the sunrise. The neighborhood is transitioning, which leaves something to be desired, but is overall very safe.
While we don't have in unit washer/dryer, the facilities are clean, cheap, and easy to use. Parking is not covered, but there is assigned parking. The staff is wonderful, Kelly is very respnsive and thorough!
Overall, this has been a great experience renting.

Very tiny kitchen and definitely was given the “landlord special”. Other tenants are VERY (screaming at their children, dogs barking through all hours of day/night, sub vibrating against wall) loud but will report you if they hear the slightest noise from your apartment…
