Ok place to live
January 29, 2026I lived here for over a yr this is my first apartment and I must say the experience wasn’t the best. Leasing office staff acts as if you’re bothering them when writing complaints. I have two neighbors that live underneath me that makes constant noise daily. One of them gets the police called frequently and leasing office literally does nothing. There hasn’t been any peace since moving in and they do have a nice issue.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2025It has been a great experience for my first apartment. We have very little complaints. Just sometimes if we have to call maintenance it takes them a while to show up but they still get the job done. November 3, 2024I’ve been living here for almost 2 years, and this is my 1st apartment. I don’t have any major complaints. The leasing office and maintenance team are responsive. My neighbors aren’t too loud and the neighborhood itself is pretty quiet. I don’t use the amenities, so I can’t speak much about them but I like that we have an Amazon Hub Locker for our packages. My apartment is spacious enough for me and my 2 cats (I have the 1 bedroom and a den). I wish my appliances were updated, but that’s just me ...being picky. My favorite thing is my balcony. November 15, 2024Pros and cons…nice and comfortable space with large closets dishwasher and my favorite ..washer dryer in apartments….Cons are visitors parking..if you don’t buy a visitor’s parking pass ($100) you basically can’t have visitors unless they are willing to be towed …no controlled access …with growing crime in the area I think it’s needed.Property Manager Responded

October 23, 2024Not the best but not the worst. Affordable means you’ll sacrifice certain things like safety features and less amenities (despite an increase in amenities fees). Overall I’ve had worse so it’s good enough for nowReview from Apartments.com
