We currently have unit availability for immediate or Spring semester move ins. Give us a call to find out more information about our availability. Towson Place Apartments is a student’s only, fully furnished, all-inclusive apartment community located just steps from the Towson University campus. All the utilities which are gas, electric, water, cable and internet are included in one easy monthly payment. All of the apartments (except studios) have their own washer and dryer, and full kitchen. Come visit us today to see how easy student living can be. We are currently leasing for the 2025-2026 school year. We are Pet Friendly!

Terrible Maintenance and Management
September 21, 2023For two years we’ve requested a potentially dangerous situation be corrected and nothing. Nothing has been done except the rent went up 8%. Do not live at these apartments.Review from Apartments.com
No Just No
November 3, 2019The WORST place I have ever lived!! Maintenance NEVER show up. The people in the call centers are incredibly rude and condescending. Also, the stairs are poorly lit. It's not worth it! Would not recommend!Property Manager Responded

Super convenient to TU
