Worst apartment living I ever experienced

Moved here before reading all the reviews. Big mistake. Had a neighbor above me that stomped around his apartment. Tried talking witj him first nicely understanding thin walls and floors. No effort to stop. Stomp so much light fixture came down. Complain more than 4 times in letters. They said was normal walking. After that he became even louder stomping and slamming things 4-5 am waking us up every morning. Fire alarm went off every 2-3 months waking us up. Between the two never got a decent ...
night of rest unless no one above us was hime. It cost $100 a month to park in the garage per car. Wasn’t worth it because garage door was constantly broke and cars were stolen. We had to move out for our sanity. We were told we would have a walk through when we moved out. It was scheduled. The day of the walk through management waited less than five mins then left. Problem was another walk through was never scheduled. They schedule one ln a holiday when they were closed. We left the apartment spotless and outside of normal wear
And tear which is expected. The maintenance guy said he never seen an apartment left so neatly after a tenant left. They kept more than half our deposit. We wrote 3 emails asking them to explain why we didn’t get most of our deposit back. They did not respond to any of our emails which is totally unprofessional. I would advise anyone thinking of moving to these apartment complex to look elsewhere.
