Place is in a great location with plenty of stuff to do around here. The staff is nice and the amenities they have are great. The main issue I have is that the garage doors here are always breaking down and it becomes hard to leave the parking deck

Overall my experience has been positive, the location is excellent and for the area the building is relatively quiet. The amenities are nice, the parking is plentiful, and maintenance is quick. The recent acquisition by RAM could’ve been handled a little better, my lease was up for renewal during that time and became a minor headache.

Overall love living here! Have not loved the extended time it takes to repair gates and elevators. Common areas are generally kept very clean and well maintained. Love the community events that are sponsored.
