March 5, 2026Overall my experience has been positive, the location is excellent and for the area the building is relatively quiet. The amenities are nice, the parking is plentiful, and maintenance is quick. The recent acquisition by RAM could’ve been handled a little better, my lease was up for renewal during that time and became a minor headache.Review from Apartments.com

February 17, 2026This is my first time living at Trace and the community is very peaceful. The floor plans are incredible with ample of space in all the rooms. The maintenance is quick for any responses. The community is responsible and transparent.Property Manager Responded

February 17, 2026Love living here. The sirens and loud cars, we could do without but overall, it's a five star building. Maintenance is outstanding and very prompt. The concierge staff are very nice. The manager and assistant manager are always available to answer questions and responds quickly to issues.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2026I am absolutely loving my new home here in Midtown! The apartment itself is fantastic, but what really sets this place apart is the maintenance team. Any time I’ve had a minor issue, they’ve handled it incredibly fast. It’s such a relief to live somewhere where the staff actually cares and acts quickly.Property Manager Responded

February 15, 2026In past years, I have been happy with communications from leasing office. Repport was build in intake but now with the new management, it needs to be built back. Back gate has been unusable for over 2 months now and now the exit front gate is down. If these get resolved quickly and the summer amenities are ready to got in May, Ill be back at 5 stars.Property Manager Responded
