    I visited this beautiful community for a tour. The staff was extremely professional and helpful. Everyone I had the pleasure to engage with was super nice and helpful. The building was well maintained and impeccably clean. The amenities were well appointed. Ample parking made the experience easy to navigate. I would definitely consider Trave Midtown for my next home.

    First of all, I’m not a bot. I just genuinely want to share my great experience at Trace Midtown. The location is perfect—right in the city but still quiet and peaceful. The cleanliness and maintenance are outstanding; I’ve never seen any bugs here. But what truly stands out is the service. Whether it’s appliance repairs or the front desk staff, everyone is incredibly responsible and enthusiastic. Living here has been a fantastic experience!

    It is the worst place to live! I am frustrated almost all the time! most of the time at least one of the elevators is not working! They don't solve the issues with units and close the requests! It is awful! Don't move into this apartment, you'll be miserable every day!

    Overall, Trace is a good building. Nice amenities, friendly staff, and has been safe, thus far, throughout my stay. The only issue that I've encountered, as of recently, is noise from unit above me. It could be a new resident, but now I can always hear them walking/stomping above me.

    Ive lived at Trace for a year now and it has been one of the best places Ive lived. The location is fantastic and all of the staff has always been extremely courteous, kind, and proactive. The finishes and appliances in the apartment are high-end and Ive never had any worry about safety in our building with so many safety checkpoints and on-call security. The building also has fantastic parking, with guests spots out front and tons of parking in the gated deck. Amenities are some of the cleanest ...
    Ive seen in an apartment complex. It is a little pricey for the amount of space you get but isnt too uncommon for the area, and the location and apartment finishes are absolutely worth it.

  • Poor Guest Parking / Amenities Issue

    The units and the building are nice. However, there is basically no guest parking in the evenings (the spots they show you during a tour are closed behind a gate after 8PM). After the spots are closed off, guests are forced to use street parking which for my friends has meant they had to pay if they can find anything at all (very hard Wednesday - Sunday). Trace is also unable to keep up with basic amenities (example: Todd and one other agent each pointed out free coffee in the common area during ...
    tours but despite multiple complaints every morning the coffee station stays empty..this is basic property management and not really a weird amenity for an upscale place). I was told the coffee was first come/first serve and not unlimited...well why tout it as an amenity during tours? Concierge is new and unaware of basic policies and procedures which just makes things harder. It's taken 3 requests to get the proper number aligned with my name in the call box, the 2nd time they tried my old landlords numbers somehow ended up in it. A mess. Will update review when/if changes are ever made. Todd has said they are working on these items but have seen no improvement.
