Terrible customer service
October 13, 2018Everytime I came up to view the apartments there has always been a temp. In place of the manager. Going to put a deposit down same day as viewing the unit the temp working didnt know the prorated rent and said she will contact us after she spoke to the manager that isn't there. The temp never called back so we decide to go back to the complex the temp is assisting a couple and sold them the exact unit we were putting the deposit on. She never called us back with the prorated rent and didn't ...answer the office phone or her personal phone that she willingly provided. used to be good
September 21, 2016lived here for 2 years loved everything about these apartments. now under new property owner she lacks communication. we have had dumpsters taking up limited parking. which wouldn't be a problem except that we have a safe and security issue. multiple robberies. I'm moving out I no longer feel safe. I've been contacted by police at 3 am saying my car was burglarized. also, around 10 pm a random car drove up to me and told me to watch out. because he had just been robbed. also there is alot of ...suspicious activity at night. nice apartments. but my safety matters more than a deal .Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Grade A Credit Needed for Sub-Par Over Priced Apartment
July 21, 2014I have never been evicted. I have never filed bankruptcy. I do not have any lawsuits or public compliants on my credit report. Nevertheless, I was denied after I paid the 45.00 application fee, 100.00 processing fee, and 150.00 deposit. I was refunded the 250.00 which I greatly appreciate. However, I lost the 45.00. The apartments are a bit dated (1990"s) feel. The neighborhood is more than a little run down. The surrounding homes all have bars on the windows. All units have washer and dryer ...hook-up which is convenient and nice if you are transitioning from a home to a apartment. However, the units are SERIOUSLY over priced for the area, square footage, basic layout, and overall. If you are approved and need something immediate I would not lease a unit longer than 6 months. San Antonio has so much more to offer in better neighborhoods and a much lower price than this place.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
