Worst place ever to live
June 22, 2023Horrible place to live green swimming pool most of the time. Filthy stairwells and hallways there idea of cleaning is taking a blower down the hallways. Horrible staff and management very rude and unprofessional. The only good thing was having a garage and not fighting for a parking spot.Property Manager Responded

GREAT MANAGEMENT VERY HELPFUL!!
October 18, 2018We have been looking for a place to call home for about a month now. And when I came across Tradewinds I was impressed with the floor plans available. Pricing like everywhere here in west Texas is on average a bit high but it’s normal so cannot complain. Arica my leasing agent has been EXTREMELY HELPFUL answering all my questions and concerns I have had. She has done a tremendous job in getting us situated. I can’t wait to move in Nov 1! Thank you to the staff and Arica for her patience and ...help!!!! I recommend Tradewinds to someone looking for great management, lovely apartments, and to anyone looking for a place to call home!Property Manager Responded

The Worst apartments in whole Texas
September 25, 2018The staff are terror and huge liars. They speak sweet in front of you, gives false assurance. Do not trust them. Also forget about your deposit money. They will charge you all kind of expenses. The manager is a night mare. She is an upfront liar. She is the sweetest person when you go for leasing and as soon as she traps you, she is the worst person. She will not hesitate to turn her back on you. Will avoid you all the times. The management will make your life miserable. It is worth of spend $500 ...someother apartment than tradewinds. Plz stay away from these nonsense people. September 24, 2018No me gusta que no respeten los contratos,Tengo de testigo ala Sr.Maribel (secretaria)fui en 4 ocaciones a renovar el contrato y no lo tenían,Primera respuesta:no lo tenemos listo 2:no está trabajando la impresora 3:aún no lo tenemos cuando esté listo nosotros le marcamos para que vengan a firmar el contrato.y seguimos esperando la llamada y hoy nos llega el costo de la renta más elevado del acordado y la respuesta que me dan es que por que no se firmó el contrató,cuando la responsabilidad fue de ...la sr,Erika que quedó en marcarnos cuando tuviera el contrato,no se me hace justo que no respeten los acuerdos que nos presentan esta es nuestra tercera renovación y la verdad con la adiminostrscion anterior nunca había tenido ningún inconveniente,nos gustaría que nos resolvieran nuestras inquietudes y que respeten lo acordado,por el momento me quedo con muy mala experienciaProperty Manager Responded

worst apartments I ever lived in!
December 17, 2017I will never recommend these apartments to anyone I know. I have had the worst experience with this apartment complex. the management are lousy, rude and lazy. in the past year that i lived here I had to replace my own air filter and it took the maintenance staff 3 days to fix sink pressure. and during the summer the pool was NEVER opened they would have it open for one day and then the next day close it for like a week. at this point I was about done but what topped it is at any ordinary ...professional apartment complex most should or will let you know you need to give a 60 days notice or if you to renew your lease. I didn't get anything like this so when I decided to put 60 day notice after several days past my 60 day notice cause I had forgotten. I got told that I had to pay the extra days I waited and when I asked why I didn't get letter "Johnny" the rudest manager I've ever had never answered my question and then hang up on me. I've thought about calling cooperate about it but I figured I wouldn't get the number and they would cover their tracks and say that I received the letter. I really hope corporate replaces them soon or they are going to lose residents. We will never recommend anyone to live here! Horrible
April 13, 2017You need to get all new management and employees again. They are very rude and horrible at communication. At least the old management involved everyone in get together and did fun stuff for the kids. Now I can even get them to call me back when I call and if I go in to the office they have no clue what they are doing and tell me that they will give me a call before the day is over, and nothing. They don't even have a play ground for the kids to enjoy, I mean they have all this space by the pool ...(outside of pool gate of course) to put a kids playground in so it would let the kids have somethings to do then run around the parking lot. They don't even take care of the pool, they just put the closed sign up so they don't have to deal with it. The office is never opened when the sign in front says they will be. If they actually put an effort in their job it would be a nice place to live.Property Manager Responded

Trade winds Apartments
September 15, 2015My husband and I became displaced from our home in Granbury, Texas over a year ago. For a year we lived, "doubled up" with his son, daughter-in-law and 4 grand pups. In the public education world, had we still had school age children, we would be deemed "Homeless." Rents in the area for one- bed room apartments were more expensive than our house payment ( for a two- story, country home, 2800 square feet, 3.5 acres, with a game fence, electric gate, wind turbine, water well, dog kennels and ...lake access property). In July, we moved into a one-bedroom unit at the Tradewinds apartments. The rent is still compreble to our house payment. BUT, having our own space is heaven! The amenities ( garden tub, walk-in closet, ice-maker, w&d hook-ups) make it complete). I have declared it, my mini-palace. I enjoy spending time here, decorating, cooking, keeping it clean to my personal standards. Forever grateful for family, who endured challenging times to help us through, for the employment opportunities that keep us going and this little corner of paradise!Property Manager Responded
