September 20, 2025So far the property seems to be quiet and common areas are maintained adequately for its age. Initially we were really disappointed at move in because our unit reeked of cat urine. It delayed our move in by over a week. Management did eventually get the issue solved...we think. They used ozone purifiers and from the condition of the carpets it looks as though they had them cleaned again probably using urine nutralizing enzymes. Make sure you do a thorough job of documenting your unit at move ...in as well. Our unit has considerable delamination of the flooring in the main living spaces and was not freshly painted prior to move in, so loads of pictures have been taken and filed for our protection. Cleaning if the unit was not as detailed as I would have expected and we've had to out in requests for maintenence to addres large piles of bird dropping on the balcony as well as dryer maintenence. August 9, 2025I enjoy living in tradition point, there aren’t a lot of college kids partying or kids running around the parking lot. It’s fairly chill. There’s a nice walking path in back. It’s close to several shops. My daughter’s daycare is right up the road - along with our doctors. When there’s a maintenance problem they are pretty responsive. There are a lot of birds on the property and they leave a lot of mess on your patio - so it would be nice if they offered to power wash the deck every so often.Review from Apartments.com
