April 14, 2025nice residential area with good amenities, excellent location near target, bank and restaurants, easy access to RTP area. The unit I leased was in nice conditions, recently painted, very clean. Contract is very clear and admin team answers any question you amy have about it. Payment for the lease is very easy, I could move in just a matter of days, from contacting them to reading the contract and moving in took about 3 days. The community is pretty chill and I have not had a negative experience. The area is clean inside and out.
