A Great Place to Live
March 20, 2026I've lived at Traditions for 3 years and love our apartment, it's spacious, comes with new appliances, amenities such as a pool, courtyard, firepit, gas grills and gym with many trails nearby for me to walk my dog. The property managers and maintenance team are what makes this place feel like home, they are always available, quick to fix issues and help with general upkeep inside my apartment. They also organize community events in the summer and fall which is great. March 20, 2026I have lived at Traditions at Mid Rivers for almost 7 years. I just want to say if you’re looking for a great apartment this is the place. The management team, Ryan and Jack are so friendly and helpful, they even offer to bring your packages to you if you need. The maintenance team Kevin and Andre are awesome. The apartments and landscape are kept up beautifully. The teams here take a lot of pride in this complex and it shows. The people living here are friendly. March 17, 2026Such an amazing apartment complex. We have lived here for 3 years and it has been nothing but positivity. The staff is so kind and maintenance always comes super quickly to help with anything we need! The complex grounds themselves are kept spotless and they are always on top of landscaping. Ripped off on rent renewals
June 14, 2021Lived here for 2 years and wow, what a decline.....the apartments are fairly new and in good condition, but management is IMPOSSIBLE to reach and it's been nearly as hard to get anyone to even answer the phone in the office for at least a year. They are unwilling to work with you and leave everything up to a computer. Working on finding and buying a house, I was charged $100 more a month in rent than they were reletting my apartment when I vacated. When I signed my notice to vacate, my ...promised rate for a 13-month lease was $100 more than they posted on their website. Trash and dog waste is all over and other than the occasional email, nothing is done about it. Cars parked around that are missing wheels, flat tires, dented. Cigarette butts spilled in downspouts. Be weary that if you decide to move in, you'll be ignored by the leasing staff and ripped off when you renew because they know you won't want to move again.Property Manager Responded
