FALSE ADVERTISING
September 2, 2025The property is advertised as non-smoking community, community would lead to believe no smoking, it is actually just no smoking in the building. Basically the person is subjected to walking through smoking just walking on the sidewalks. The property is advertised as being a 55+ better community. When i read that and asked about the 55+ community, I was told it is for people over 55 years old and older. That is NOT a correct statement. ONLY ONE PERSON HAS TO BE 55. Then they can move ib ...ANYONE as long as they are 21 and over. They do not background checks or credit checks on the other people living in the apartments. People babysit the "grand kids" and let them run up and down the apartment floors. When moving in remember, you pay a higher price for an adult, 55+ community but it is absolutely no different than any other apartment. Best Manager and Maintenance team ever
May 9, 2025Have lived here for 22 months. Have needed the maintenance team three times (minor repairs). Both their response time and repairs have been perfect. Had two dogs living near me which barked at 4:00 am at morning pee time. Complained to management and they stopped following morning. Started again a couple months later, complained, again stopped the next day. Management manages. Thanks, happy tenants here.Property Manager Responded

Good environment
November 6, 2023We have lived here over a year. Everything is what we wanted. The staff is great, the convenience to stores/restaurants is great. The atmosphere is very quiet and safe. Our dog enjoys the walks and sitting out in the gazebo. Even though you can hear the occasional grandchild on the floor above, it doesn't get that annoying. A good place for 55+ people, both couples and singles, to live.Property Manager Responded

Take the top floor
August 16, 2022PROS -Friendly, courteous and respectful staff -Elevators -Washer dryer in unit -Clean fresh and new CONS -You WILL HEAR EVERYTHING from your upstairs neighbor. I don't think any attempt is made while building to cut down noise transfer between floors. If you move here and are on 4th floor, enjoy. If not on top floor, good luck. Like living at a resort
August 19, 2021This property is really well maintained. Management and support staff are top notch. Maintenance crew is always attentive to renters needs. Have only lived here about 2 months and really enjoying it. Have met many wonderful tenants. Have been enjoying the pool and the workout facility. Our dog really likes the doggy play area.
