Absolutely love this place.
July 15, 2025I am so happy with my new apartment. The staff is so helpful, the price is great, and the building is so quiet and well maintained. I received 3 months free so I was able to buy new furniture, get my car fixed before winter comes and stock up on items I will need down the road. April 27, 2025My sister and I moved in January 2025 and we have enjoyed living here. The residents we have met have been friendly and kind. The office staff has been helpful, Rodrigo, our maintenance man is especially helpful. The amenities are nice, if you own a dog they provide a dog wash on the site. We have a small theater for viewing movies, a recreation room with a pool table, and a small library. The location is convenient for grocery stores, Mall 205 is a short distance away, and the MAX is just a ...short walk away. There are a few problems, such as one of the two elevators stopped working for a day but because the second elevator was working it didn’t cause any distribution in use. As with any apartment building, there are a couple of neighbors we find annoying. The neighborhood has its unique issues that can be concerning but so far it has for the most part been peaceful. The building has a security system in place, but it could use a security guard on the property. Overall, I like living here and feel safe. I’m looking forward to the summer and using the courtyard for barbecues and social gatherings with the other residents. I would recommend Traditions as a good place to live. Not a good place to live.
March 8, 2025One year old and building is falling apart. Broken doors, spotty security sytem, non-working intercom system. Uncaring and ineffective management. The place looks pretty, but is well on the way to becoming a slum.Review from Apartments.com
Worst place I've ever lived
March 6, 2025Management doesn't care. Drugs crime assaults almost weekly. 6 story flood with breeched fire system. 12 apartments flooded with no cleanup. If the bad guys don't get you the mold will kill you. No amenities function properly. Not safe.Review from Apartments.com
