Luxury Apartments
October 3, 2023I lived here for two years and I would recommend it to my best friend, when ever something is broken it is fixed within hours, the apartment is very clean ,very very quiet, the staff are amazing, over two years, I have nothing negative to say I had to leave because I was moving to South Carolina, the grounds are beautiful. The sounds of the birds in the morning is wonderful, I feel very safe when I lived there I heard no noise at all over my head, I would recommend this to anyone who wants to ...live in 55+ S GreenProperty Manager Responded

Very cheap constructions and very Very LOAD!!!!!
July 13, 2022Management is worthless, issue take forever to get fixed (if ever). There is little if any insulation from noise from tenants above you. DON'T RENT unless you can get the top floor (4th). Windows don't open or close easily and are very difficult to lock. Plumbing leaks from apartments above you into your apartment or from your apartment into the apartment below. The HEATED pool hasn't been heated since September 2021. Management (Corporate Level) just gives lip service that they are working ...on it. They placed signs on the lobby doors acknowledging that the pool heater does not work in early June and that a part to fix the heater has been ordered. The Maintenance crew does not know what is wrong with the heater so I question how can management have ordered a part to fix it. When management talks it's either BS or a bold face lie. Their response to this review will be that I am just not happy here (which is true and it's all their fault. If you are thinking of renting here, stop by the pool area on Sunday, when management is not here and ask the residents what they think of the place. You will get an earful.Property Manager Responded

Beware of building 4
October 8, 2021Building 4 is the newest construction on this campus. There is a ridiculous amount of noise from the apartments on the floors above. Especially if you have someone above you that doesn’t utilize any area rugs. You hear every step, every chair drag, every cupboard door slam. Unless you can get a fourth floor apartment, I suggest you look elsewhere. I believe the other three buildings have a better livability. The floors in the newest building were not built with the same standards as the other ...buildings. Other than the constant distraction of the noise from above, it is a nice place.Property Manager Responded
