October 26, 2022Very bad management. Not enough parking for what you pay for. High utilities. Trash is not taken out on time leading to overflowing dumpster. Some neighbors fighting over parking spaceReview from Apartments.com

October 10, 2022The fact that I wasn’t approved because of not making 3X the rent is absurd. Most places are double the rent. Plus it could go up at anytime, considering the amount of amenities. No gate, Not enough amenities to justify the amount of rent being charged.
