The main floor is an open concept great room and kitchen. The kitchen offers all 4 appliances and washer/dryer hook up with a pantry space. The sliding glass door offers a patio space. The upstairs offers two equal-sized bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom with a large vanity mirror, double sinks and lots of drawer space and storage. Vista: Garden apartment which offers first or second floor living. These homes offer a great spacious apartment with large living rooms, large storage closet space, concrete patio square, and dining space with washer and dryer hook ups. The galley kitchen offers great cabinet space and all 4 black appliances. The primary bedroom offers an in-suite bathroom with double closets. Great-sized 2nds bedroom and additional bathroom off the hallway. The community offers a limited amount onf 3 story condos with at least 2 bedrooms & 2 baths and finished lower levels and garages. Couldn't fix my pool/fitness fob so they lied to me.
September 8, 2022So there's multiple owners and managements here on this property in addition to an HOA. The HOA handles the pool/fitness fobs. Over a month of waiting on my fob just to be told the pool is closed and won't reopen. Ive seen people still using the pool and my neighbors there every night. So rather than fix my fob so I can access the amenities Ardent's management team decided it would be easier to lie to me.Review from Apartments.com
