April 21, 2026I’ve had a really positive experience living at Trailridge Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs, which makes a big difference. The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and good storage space. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which adds to the overall sense of reliability here. One ...of my favorite parts about living at Trailridge is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet, safe place to come home to, yet still conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roads. Overall, Trailridge Apartments offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. March 17, 2026I have lived in the Trail Ridge community for going on 4 years and I absolutely love it. I have lived a lot of places during my 78 years on this earth and this is the best place ever! It’s beautiful here and I love seeing the deer outside my windows and when I go outside on my scooter. And I absolutely love being able to see the Mountain View’s. I have never lived in an apartment where the staff fis so friendly and eager to take care of your needs. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to live ...anywhere else!!Property Manager Responded

January 17, 2026I've lived at Trail Ridge since December 2023 and have had a wonderful experience here. I love it so much that when I had to be away for medical reasons at another location for a few months, I continued to pay rent here just because this was the best place to come back to. The office staff here are superior to the normal folks you generally meet at other apartment complexes, and I have lived at many over the years. The maintenance staff keep the facility safe and snow free where it's ...required. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. The location is situated in one of the better areas of the state in my opinion and access to hiking trails or campsites are within easy driving distance. There are local walking paths for exercise as well. If you love wildlife, this is the place to be. Give Trail Ridge Apartments a visit and see for yourself.Property Manager Responded
