Living at Trail Ridge is so wonderful! Apartments are spacious, clean, and maintenance has been great about coming by when we have issues with things. Walkable to Safeway and food options, amazing walking trail behind the property that runs through town. Love being a Woodland Park resident!

I’ve had a really positive experience living at Trailridge Apartments. The community is well-maintained, and the grounds are always clean and inviting. The staff is friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents’ needs, which makes a big difference.
The apartments themselves are comfortable and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and good storage space. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently, which adds to the overall sense of reliability here.

of my favorite parts about living at Trailridge is the peaceful atmosphere. It’s a quiet, safe place to come home to, yet still conveniently located near shopping, dining, and major roads.
Overall, Trailridge Apartments offers a great balance of comfort, convenience, and community. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to live!

I have lived in the Trail Ridge community for going on 4 years and I absolutely love it. I have lived a lot of places during my 78 years on this earth and this is the best place ever! It’s beautiful here and I love seeing the deer outside my windows and when I go outside on my scooter. And I absolutely love being able to see the Mountain View’s. I have never lived in an apartment where the staff fis so friendly and eager to take care of your needs. I can’t imagine why anyone would want to live ...

The staff are wonderful, the amenities are pristine, and the apartments are perfect. The staff have made sure residents must clean up after pets, which I greatly appreciate. Most apartment buildings are dirty, and pet waste is everywhere.

I've lived at Trail Ridge since December 2023 and have had a wonderful experience here. I love it so much that when I had to be away for medical reasons at another location for a few months, I continued to pay rent here just because this was the best place to come back to. The office staff here are superior to the normal folks you generally meet at other apartment complexes, and I have lived at many over the years.

The location is situated in one of the better areas of the state in my opinion and access to hiking trails or campsites are within easy driving distance. There are local walking paths for exercise as well. If you love wildlife, this is the place to be.

I have not rented in many years. Trailridge made it simple and they really helped with the process. Janet was amazing! Easy dog/pet admission. Nice clean apartment. Thank you.
