Decent Place but Grossly Overpriced

Place is okay, in the middle of no where though and the cost of rent is more than a mortgage, with zero amenities. You can get a place for the same cost or less closer to downtown and has perks to go along with it. Apparently there are three owners and each has different rules for each building, three different prices, and some have different payment methods for rent that are sketchy and not secure. Place is run hap-hazardly and one of the owners prowls the parking lot, so clearly doesn’t trust ...

any of their residents. Place could be really nice but has very greedy owners.
