March 19, 2024I have lived in Springfield for 5 years now and Trials Bend has been my 3rd housing. Trials Bend has been my absolute favorite so far! It is in a great location, the complex has multiple safety measures and the staff is so easy to work with. Sierra, the current manager, is so friendly and will do everything she can to help in the renters best interest! I highly recommend this complex!Review from Apartments.com

March 8, 2024As a woman, I feel beyond safe at Trails. We have security patrol, smart locks (I personally hate regular key locks), and it is a gated community. Everyone at trails is super friendly, especially the current manager Sierra. Trails is an updated property which is also nice. I’ve resigned my lease here because I love it so much! As other reviews have mentioned, it definitely is more in the steeper price of apartments in Springfield. However, the amenities make it worth it!Review from Apartments.com
Apartment was left unlocked for months
April 5, 2023Not worth the money. Staff are friendly but follow through is lacking. Had an apartment with a faulty lock for three months. Many days apartment stayed unlocked because it was malfunctioning. Placed a work order but staff never came. Had to repair ourselves but still had issues. Excessive costs for leaving
April 5, 2023Pretty disappointed with my experience at Trails Bend. Apartments are very expensive and so I chose not to renew my lease. After moving out, I was charged an additional $310 after they claimed that the entire apartment had to be completely repainted in EVERY room. Understandably, I had left some damage on one living room wall (sticky tack and several rips on drywall). I expressed that I was happy to pay for that one wall. Nevertheless, they insisted that they must charge me to repaint the entire ...apartment due to the additional "scuffs and nail holes" they had found. When we first rented the apartment, we were told by the manager (Noah) that we could uses nails in the drywall as long as the holes were no larger than a dime. Therefore, we were diligent not to create any holes of that size. Our lease agreement also stated that we would not be charged for "normal wear and tear". Nevertheless, we were still charged for hanging multiple pictures in our apartment using small nails. Wish communication was clearer throughout the entire process.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Bad break ins
April 16, 2021Super nice apartments. Very modern and everything works great in them.. but if you want your car or truck broken into then definitely move here.. I have had 1 of my vehicles broken into and over $2000 worth of stuff stolen out of it.. our other vehicle has been tampered with as well. Multiple other tenants have had their vehicles windows smashed in as well. They have a security guard that drives around every once and a while but nothing has changed in over a year.. multiple people have complained ...about there only being one camera on the whole complex but they still won’t add more to protect their tenants and there property.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
