    these apartments are old and unkept. Their maintenance is even older. They refuse to do maintenance work that they are supposed to do! Maintenance complain if they get a work order and claim "there is nothing I can do" for water leaks and pests. Excuse me? if you are unable to fulfill work order requests, you are unqualified to work as a maintenance man. I thoroughly believe these are just relative-hired workers, because regardless of their low work ethic and customer complaints, they are never ...

    this place is in walking distance to elementary school, parks, grocery store, restaurants, hair salon, discount tire, doctor, etc. They are old but well kept. neighbors are quiet. we have a garage. no pool. old water pipes. Overall nice and the rent is lower than most townhomes. Comparible rent with my floorplan would put my family in a dangerous neighborhood. Nothing like that here, only some teens behaving typically.
