    I've been a tenant for 2 years. The Property Management Staff have always been helpful and professional. We survived the April 2016 Hail damage and everything was handled with professionalism. Currently, I am very pleased with the carpet and wood flooring upgrades. Most of all I appreciate the hard work of Alfredo and Ms. Ava. Ms. Ava worked diligently to have our city light poles fixed. Several are on the property and had been damaged by the weather. As a tenant, I now feel more secure in ...
    the complex since it's well lit. Safety is a priority for me and I'm sure many other tenants feel the same. Thank you Ms. Ava for being persistent! :-) Trails Place Town Homes is a nice and quiet place to live. I would recommend this place. Sincerely, a Pleased Tenant
